Arcadia

Arcadia is located in East Phoenix and just south of Camelback Mountain and a small part of Scottsdale's 85251 zip code. The lots are large and many of the homes in this popular neighborhood built in the 1950s are being torn down to build custom homes. Here you will find older ranch homes mixed in with larger modern custom homes. This is one of Phoenix's green areas due to irrigated lots.
